1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

 

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may result in a partial or no refund.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and behave respectfully on the premises. Any damage caused to property may result in additional charges.

 

5. Children & Extra Beds

• Children of all ages are welcome.

• Extra beds or mattresses can be provided on request at an additional cost.
