1. Booking Confirmation
All reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
2. Check-in & Check-out

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in will receive a full refund.

4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and behave respectfully on the premises. Any damage caused to property may result in additional charges.
5. Children & Extra Beds

6. Pets
Pets are allowed/not allowed (✳️ choose based on your hotel policy).
7. Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. A fine may apply for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
8. Privacy
All guest information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes. We do not share your personal data with third parties.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest for inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with our terms.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be published on our website.
